I received my real estate salesperson license in Rhode Island and Connecticut in October 2021. While starting my career in the business, I have been fortunate to have amazing mentors. It is essential for me to keep up with the market. While working with my buyers, I check for potential listings that they may like constantly throughout the day. I listen to their needs and try to find them a place they can call home.
I look at all the comparisons in their area with my sellers to have an accurate list price. Once we start showing I will always be there for showings in person. It is important to me that I am in full service to my clients. The buying and selling process of real estate can be complex, but I will try to make it as smooth as possible.
